I never thought twice about going to college. The question was only, "where?" What I should have been asking is "what?".Now, two and a half year after school, I have a degree in Journalism and no hopes of employing it where it should be employed and a mountain of debt.
In fact, I'm even discovering I might have a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit.
I have a great job for an amazing company but I also have a dream. In 2006 I studied abroad in Florence, Italy and fell head-over-heels in love the the place, the culture, the food, the coffee, the people. In 2010, I took my husband (then boyfriend) all over Italy where he then proposed, in Italian, on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. We got married in a beautiful Italian style villa in Colorado a few months later.
Someday, I hope we'll live in Italy, have a cappuccino every day, drink some wine, and eat some delicious fresh food.
For now, I'm trying to find the best way to eat healthy, get fit and lose some weight while spending time with my sweet husband and spoiled kitten.
