Insanity Fit test #2

Two short weeks later, I've completed my second fit test. I'm impressed with myself! I must admit there have been a couple of missed workouts in the last two weeks and so I wonder what my results might have been if I hadn't missed a single one?

I just wanted to share the results with everyone and show you what even 2 weeks of hard work can get you.

* I have to put a disclaimer :) My shoes aren't great for this type of exercise, I think I need Cross Trainers. Anyway, my foot cramped up and I had to take a break and kick my shoe across the room before I continued.
